They are like night and day, but that’s why we love this episode. One half hour dedicated to baldheaded Onyx clique, the second half hour dedicated to the blunted Pharcyde clique. Enjoy!

With the passing of Slum Village’s Baatin this past weekend, I figured it would be appropriate to re-post this all J. Dilla podcast we did back in 2007 because it also happens to also feature Baatin prominently on the mic. It’s sad to see these guys pass way before their time.
We are planning an R.I.P. Baatin set, but it may or may not be on the next regular episode, so hopefully this will tide you over until then.

Who makes the music? Who makes the sound? Why, it’s Atmosphere, silly! Join us for an hour plus of one of the most successful independent hip hop groups ever. Nice Rec is a big fan and really outdid himself on this one. Check it out!

Hadn’t checked in awhile so I thought I’d give y’all an update.
First off, check the above video, a preview snippet of Jay Electronica’s “Dear Moleskine,” because that track sounds like it will be downright NASTY. Just Blaze is one of the best game-I just wonder why he hasn’t dropped an album full of his own production yet?
Tonight, we are recording Episode 95: Group of the Hour – Atmosphere. Yessir, a full hour of Sluggo, Ant and various guests for the people. Then next week, we’ll be back for a regular episode and every week until we hit that magical 100.
Stay tuned, we got that good stuff.
