So apparently Ghostface’s next album is going to be all R&B.
The Wu-Tang Clan rapper says the album will not feature his signature soul sampling sound but will be more in the vein of his remixes with Beyonce and Ne-Yo.
“It’s still gonna be street but it’s R&B though,” Ghostface told Hot 97 personality Miss Info. “I’m doing 13 cuts but its still street though. I got my ‘Wildflowers’ on it and all that. I’m just going in from all angles and shit”
I guess the man wants to change up the formula and I can’t blame him for that. The Ne-Yo joint that goes, “you don’t get a nigga back like that,” or whatever is pretty hard. So if it’s an album full of cuts like that, you won’t hear me complaining.
